In the event that you have forgotten your login details, this article describes how to request a password reset.
1. Navigate to https://www.yaplat.com. On the top banner, select LOG IN.
2. On the login page, click the Click Here link under the SIGN IN button.
3. Enter your email address when prompted (NOTE: this should be the same email address that you registered your Yaplat account with)
4. If the email address you entered matching the one we have stored in your user profile, you will now be sent an email containing a link to reset your password:
5. Click the link in the email, then choose a new password and enter it in the NEW PASSWORD and CONFIRM PASSWORD boxes. Click ENTER to save the password.
You may now login using the username in the email you were sent, and the password you saved.
