To complete your casting call process, send your casting call to the talent on our database who fit your roles.


1. Once you’ve clicked PUBLISH, you now choose who to send the casting call to. On our database is talent who are both freelance and represented. 

2. To add recipients, click on the located on the right side of the RECIPIENTS field. In the “ADD RECIPIENTS” pop-up these are the steps to take:

  • Select the country you want the talent to be located at, or the country you’re casting in. 
  • If you’re looking for talent who are represented, select the agent representation type. Once you’ve selected the agent type, a list of agencies will appear on the right of the “Agent Type” column, and you can select the talent agencies listed. 


  • To send the casting call with the freelance talent on our database, first select the roles listed under the ROLES category. Once you’ve made your selection, a list of freelance talent will appear under DIRECT TALENT category.


3. Once you’ve made your selection, click


4. In the message field, let the talent and talent agents know about the casting call and when you need their submissions by. Once you’ve completed filling the form, click PREVIEW.


5. Lastly, check over your casting call before it’s published on Yaplat Casting and before it gets sent out to Agents and Talent on our site. If you want to go back to the casting call to amend anything, click EDIT to go back to the casting call. If you’re satisfied with your casting call, click SUBMIT.



6. Lastly on the “Confirmation” pop-up, click to send your casting call out.
Note: If you click SHARE WITH DELEGATES, your casting call won’t get sent out but saved.


Your casting call will be checked over by the Yaplat Team and once approved, your casting call will be live.
