After you've created your casting call, search for talent to shortlist for your project.
1. Click SEARCH TALENT – you will be redirected to our talent database. You will find the name of your project above the talent and the roles your looking for at the bottom of your screen.
2. To begin shortlisting talent for the roles, click on the role you are searching for. Your selected role will appear on the right of your screen.
3. To narrow down your talent search quicker, click on
located at the top.
4. Toggle the search parameters below to fit your roles and click 
Talent that fit the parameters selected will load on your screen. 
5. If your search is more specific, click on 
and toggle the search parameters listed below and click SEARCH. 
6. To add talent to the role, click on the star located on the bottom right of the talent picture.
7. The talent will be added to the shortlist, and you can view the talent you’ve selected as you scroll through our database. 
8. To delete a talent from your shortlist, you can either click on the (x) button next to the talent on the role or click on the star button beside the talent once again. 
9. To view the talent you’ve selected, click on 
located at the bottom of your role list. You will now see an overview of the talent you’ve selected for all the roles listed.
