1. To contact a talent, click on their profile and scroll to the bottom and click CONTACT


     
  2. A chat box will pop up on the bottom right, and you can message the talent regarding the shoot. You can arrange casting sessions and request for additional info from the talent. When asking for self-tapes, you can also attach story boards and/or casting samples to your message. 


     
  3. When the talent replies, you will be notified via email to log in back to your account to view the reply. 

     
  4. You can download their self-tapes and/or any files that the talent send over. 

     
  5. Do note that the maximum file size you can upload is 10MB. 

     
  6. To view your messages, click the Message  icon located on your top banner. 

     
  7. You can view all your messages in your INBOX. 

     

 

 

How To: Contact Shortlist via Messenger 

 

  1. To contact your shortlist, click on MY PROJECTS. To view the project, you’re contacting click VIEW PROJECT. 

     
  2. On the top right, you can find the OPTIONS dropdown. Click on it and select CONTACT ALL TALENT.


     
  3. You will be directed to the list of talent on your shortlist. If you don’t wish to contact someone, click on the  button on the talent’s line. 

     
  4. At the bottom of your talent list, you will find the chat box. Type your message to the talent/agents and click 
  5. To view your messages, select the Message   icon located on your top banner.
